We carry a wide variety of domestic and imported wines. Please see our Approved Ship-To States by Winery Brand page. If your state is not included state regulations prevent us from shipping direct to you at this time.

Orders placed Monday-Thursday typically ship from our warehouse within 1 business day of when the order was received. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will likely ship out either that Monday or Tuesday.

Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process before they are submitted to our warehouse to be picked, packed, and shipped. Order fulfillment can then take an additional 1-3 business days depending on the time the order was submitted to the warehouse. After the 2-5 business days that it can take to process and fulfill the order, the shipping timeline can range from 1-8 business days for delivery depending on where the shipping address is located.

We cannot ship wine to a P.O. Box as an Adult Signature by someone 21 or older is required to receive the delivery. We can, however, ship to a FedEx or UPS store and/or verified pick-up location where your order will be held for up to 5 days, if there will not be anyone home to sign for the delivery. If you need assistance determining the best option please contact us.

All deliveries containing alcoholic beverages require an adult 21 years of age or older to sign and present a valid ID upon delivery. This can be you or another adult at the delivery location.

Contact us to have your shipping address changed. Please note once your order is prepared for shipment or has shipped we are unable to alter the delivery address and we recommend you contact the carrier’s website (FedEx or UPS) for available options.

Unfortunately packages can get damaged while in the possession of the shipping carriers. If you receive an order with damaged bottle(s) please immediately contact us upon receiving your package. We will work with you to reship your order or to provide a refund for the damaged products and our Fulfillment Team will file a claim accordingly with the carrier.

Please navigate to our Wine Clubs page where you will find additional information on the different wine clubs we currently offer. Once you find the club that works best for you there are fields to fill in your information to complete your signup.

Your club benefits begin immediately after signing up! You will automatically be included in all club shipments going forward and you can begin ordering online while receiving your new club discount on the same day you join.

There is no fee or annual cost associated with our wine clubs. The only cost you will incur by joining is the cost of the wines plus shipping for each of your club shipments.

You can skip a wine club shipment anytime you’d like! To skip a shipment you must first confirm that there is an active upcoming club shipment available within your account. Once verified you can do it online under your account or contact us for assistance.

You can place your membership on hold or cancel under your account, or you can reach out to us for assistance.

We recommend calling each wine club’s Customer Support Team within one hour of the order being placed for a full cancellation and refund. Once your order has been prepared for shipping we are unable to cancel your order.

Virtual wine tastings allow you to enjoy a wine tasting experience from the comfort of your own home. Virtual wine tastings offer different wine options and are a fun and interactive way to learn about new wines.

The key difference lies in sulfite additions during the winemaking process:
Organic Wine:
Uses 100% USDA certified organic grapes.
No sulfites are added during or after fermentation (with a small allowance for naturally occurring sulfites up to 10 parts per million).
You’ll typically see the USDA Organic seal on the bottle.
Wine Made With Organic Grapes:
Also uses 100% USDA certified organic grapes.
May have sulfites added during or after fermentation (up to a maximum of 100 parts per million).
This is a more common designation allowing wineries more flexibility in the winemaking process. (Won’t have the USDA Organic seal)

Biodynamic wine goes beyond organic viticulture incorporating a holistic approach to grape growing and winemaking. Biodynamic farming follows the philosophies of Rudolf Steiner emphasizing a closed-loop ecosystem within the vineyard. It considers the vineyard as a living organism and strives for harmony between the earth, the vines, and the cosmos. Like organic wine, biodynamic wines are produced without synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides. They rely on natural methods for pest control and soil health. Proponents believe biodynamic practices create wines with greater depth of flavor, minerality, and a truer reflection of their terroir (unique characteristics of a vineyard). Demeter is the largest certifier of biodynamic products and their logo may be displayed on biodynamic wines.

Sustainable wine encompasses a broad philosophy of environmentally-conscious practices throughout the winemaking process from grape growing to bottling. It goes beyond organic certification to consider not just the grapes themselves but the overall impact on the environment and community. Overall sustainable wine is about a commitment to long-term environmental responsibility and social well-being throughout the winemaking journey. It’s a philosophy that considers not just the quality of the wine but the impact of its production on the land, people, and future generations. While there’s no single universal sustainable wine certification, several programs assess wineries based on various environmental social and economic factors.
